Not many pictures today so here is a description of our day.
Played while Mom went for a run.
Walked to the two places in town that serve breakfast. Both closed. Stopped at the grocery store for cereal and milk and ate at the beach. (See picture.)
Played in the water.
Sat under the coconut trees at the beach.
Ate lunch at one of only two "restaurants" (more like roadside stands) in town.
Played in the water.
Mom and Dad sat under the coconut trees while we played on the beach.
Had dinner in the same spot that we had breakfast.
Did we mention that it was pretty much us and the herons and pelicans all day? Our own piece of paradise.
This is the life!
Sounds like a completely relaxing day for a change. It's nice to have some down time, especially at the beach.
