Evan did a great job on his science project for his school science fair. His experiment was titled 'The effect of baking methods on chocolate chip cookies'. He had four variables: butter, dough not chilled; butter, dough chilled; margarine, dough chilled; margarine, dough not chilled. You'll have to ask him what his results were. We all enjoyed this one!
